communication, and stakeholder coordination skills NnKey Responsibilities* Nn Provide L2.5‐level support for Workspace ONE UEM and Access platforms N Handle advanced escalations related to enrollment, authentication, compliance, and app deployment N Manage device lifecycleincluding onboarding, policy enforcement, and decommissioning N Configure and maintain profiles, compliance policies, restrictions, and applications N Support SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access integrations with Azure AD / Entra N Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions N Automate routine operational tasks using PowerShell and Workspace ONE APIs N Assist L3 teams during upgrades, rollouts, migrations, and enhancements N Ensure adherence to security, audit, and compliance standards N Create and maintain SOPs, KBs, and runbooks N Mentor L1/L2 teams and support knowledge transfer N
