NKey Responsibilitiesn N Conduct statutory audits for Private Limited and Public Limited Companies. N Perform limited reviewsfor listed companies in compliance with regulatory requirements. N Handle Ind AS implementation, transition, and adoption assignments. N Review financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory regulations.
N Coordinate with clientsand stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of audit engagements. N Identify audit risks and recommend practical solutions to improve financial reporting and compliance. N Prepare and review audit documentation and reports. NnCandidate Requirements Nn Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). N 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in Audit & Assurance. N Experience working on listed company audits and limited review assignments. N Exposure to audits of private and public companies. N Solid understanding ofInd AS, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements. N Working knowledge of MSOffice applications. N Excellent analytical, communication, and client management skills.
