NSomeone who thinks in stories, understands recent-age content and can take an idea from concept > storyboard > shoot > edit > final creative. You'll work on social campaigns, events and internal brand moments, with plenty of room to experiment and make things your own. NWhat you'll do: NConceptualise, storyboard, shoot and edit short-form videos, reels, campaign content and event coverage. NCreate quick-turn contentprimarily using a phone + basic camera setups. NTurn campaign briefs intofresh creative ideas and content formats. NCreate supporting visual creatives for campaigns, events and internal communication. NExperiment with trends,



formats and storytelling styles and figure out what works for our audience. NWork with the team to bring campaigns and employee experiences to life - both on-screen and on-ground. NWho we're looking for: NBackground in Mass Comm, Film, Design, NIFT, Advertising, Media or similar. NStrong visual sense and asocial-native mindset. NHands-on with tools like VN, Premiere Pro, Canva, Figma, Photoshop or similar. NSomeone who can think creatively and execute independently. NCurious, enterprising, fast-learning and obsessed with good content. NComfortable experimenting, trying things that haven't been done before and figuring things out along the way. NPortfolio Requirement: NA portfolio is a must - Instagram, Behance, Drive or any other link that shows your work. NWe'd especially like to see videos you've shot/edited, storyboards, campaign ideas, design work or social content. Personal and college projects count too.
