We provide personalized menopause care, healthcare programs support, healthcare products, expert consultations and digital health services. NRole OverviewnWe are looking for passionate, confident and target-driven individuals who want to build a career in healthcare sales and contribute to a meaningful mission of improving women's health. NThe primary responsibility of this role is to promote and sell Miror's healthcare programs to customers from our existing database. You will speak with potential customers, understand their concerns, explain the HEALTHCARE PROGRAMS program, provide counselling and guidance, follow up with interested customers and convert leads into paid consultations/programs. NThis is a sales-focused, target-driven and incentive-based role. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Connect with customers and leads from Miror's existing database. N Promote and explain Miror's healthcare programs and menopause care programs. N Speak with customers tounderstand their concerns, requirements and interest in healthcare programs. N Provide empathetic counselling and educate customers about the healthcare programs journey and available services. N Convert interested leads into paid consultations and healthcare programs. N Follow up consistently with leads and customers to achieve conversions. N Handle customer communication through phone calls and WhatsApp. N Build trust and maintain robust customer relationships. N Coordinate with doctorsand healthcare professionals whenever clinical consultation is required. N Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups and conversions. N Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets. N Actively participate incampaigns and initiatives to increase awareness and adoption of healthcare programs. N Willingness to learn about menopause, healthcare programs and women's health. N Basic computer and CRM skills. N Previous experience in sales, telecalling, counselling, customer service, healthcare, pharma, wellness, insurance or any customer-facing role will be an advantage, but is not mandatory.
