NKey Responsibilitiesn● Be the Lead Designer for a set of HomeLane customers, from the first meeting to order Nbooking to design finalization N● Collaborate with the customer, understand their requirements, and give them the best Ndesign solution for theirhome, including but not limited to, quoting, detailed designing Nand getting production drawings ready for manufacturing. Nn Focus on, prioritize and execute multiple design projects.
N Analyze sales reports, project TAT and customer satisfaction NnExpertise & Qualification Nn Minimum - 2 year Diploma in Interior Designing / Architecture from a reputed Institution. N Relevant work experience of 2-4yrs. N Must have Site Experience (should be confident that proposed designs can be installed Nnwith minimum hassle at site). N● Must be customer-centric in providing solutions - proposed designs should be highly Nfunctional and excellent on aesthetics, still keeping in mind the customer's budget. Nn Exposure to residential projects is mandatory. N Google Sketchup software knowledge. N Strong communication skills - Both verbal and written communication skills to be able to Nnconstruct and defend ideas / designs / pricing. Communication in English is mandatory Nand the local language isalso desirable
