IIM Udaipur Incubation Centre is a Technology Business Incubator that fosters innovation and entrepreneurship.We are looking for a full time Marketing and Communications Manager to completely manage and own communications, marketing and content creation activities for the centre.This is an on-site role and the applicant must be willing to relocate to Udaipur. The selected candidate will be offered a 2-year contract.Key responsibilities -Build and manage the monthly content calendar to enhance visibility of the centre, promote programs and startupsDirect social media channels, email campaigns,



and digital advertising performance.Create engaging video content on specific topics related to entrepreneurship in vernacular languagesRedesign and manage the websiteRole requirementsMinimum 3-years of experience in marketing, creative writing, content creation and social-media marketingBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Communication (can be relaxed based on relevant experience)Strong written and oral skillsProficiency in social-media campaign managementProficiency with the use of tools like CanvaSkilled in with photography and video productionApplication deadline20th September 11:59 PM (IST)Pay ScaleBased on experience, between INR 7-12 Lakhs per annum.
