Job DescriptionCompany: JPrime Buildcon LLP NLocation : Belapur CBD, Navi Mumbai NSalary : Up to ₹40,000 Per Month NReporting To: Managing Director NnJPrime Buildcon LLP is looking for a highly organised, analytical, and execution-focused MIS & OSD to the Managing Director to provide strategic, analytical, and execution support to senior management. NThe role will be responsible for MIS, business analysis, planning, management reporting, inter-departmental coordination, stakeholder communication, documentation, and follow-through on key business priorities. NnRole Overview NnThe MIS & OSD to the Managing Director provides strategic, analytical, and execution support to the Managing Director, with primary responsibility for MIS, business analysis, planning, documentation, inter-departmental coordination, and follow-through on key business priorities. NThe role ensures that theMD has accurate and timely information for decision-making and that key decisions and initiatives are effectively communicated and progressed across the organisation and with external stakeholders. NKey Roles & Responsibilities Nn1. MIS, Analysis & Management Reporting Nn● Create and maintain comprehensive MIS, dashboards, trackers, and data systems using Google Sheets and other relevant tools. N● Consolidate and analysecompany-wide data for performance reviews, forecasting, planning, target setting, and decision-making. N● Prepare management reports highlighting performance, trends, variances, opportunities, risks, and key action areas. N● Continuously improve reporting systems and data processes for greater accuracy, efficiency, and visibility. Nn2. MD Support & Business Planning N● Act as a key strategic and execution support function for the MD, converting requirements and decisions into structured plans, tasks, and actionable outputs. N● Assist with business planning, forecasting, budgeting, project evaluation, and strategic reviews. N● Prepare business proposals, presentations,



projections, feasibility analyses, reports, and other documents required by the MD. N● Track key MD prioritiesand ensure timely follow-up and closure. Nn3. Inter-Departmental Coordination & Reviews Nn● Oversee coordination and information flow between Sales, Sourcing, Marketing, Construction, CRM, Accounts, Legal, HR, and other functions, while functional ownership remains with the respective department heads. N● Monitor progress against agreed targets, plans, and timelines and identify bottlenecks, dependencies, and areas requiring management intervention. N● Coordinate management reviews and ensure decisions are converted into clear action points, responsibilities, and timelines. N4. Land Acquisition & New Business Initiatives N● Support the MD on land acquisition and development opportunities through research, analysis, documentation, coordination, and follow-up. N● Coordinate with landowners, brokers, consultants, legal teams, and other stakeholders involved in potential transactions. N● Support and coordinate new business initiatives including AIF, Solar, Agro, and other adjacent businesses. N● Prepare proposals, feasibility information, presentations, documentation, and follow-ups required to progress these initiatives. Nn5. External Stakeholder Coordination N● Coordinate with investors, consultants, business partners, landowners, brokers, agencies, vendors, and other strategic stakeholders on behalf of the MD. N● Facilitate quick, clear, and structured communication to enable faster business discussions, decisions, and closures.



N● Track important external engagements and ensure timely follow-up on commitments and requirements. Nn6. Documentation & Management Communication N● Draft and prepare proposals, presentations, reports, letters, MOMs, action trackers, and other management-level documents. N● Convert discussions anddecisions into transparent documentation with defined ownership and timelines. N● Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive business information handled on behalf of the MD.
