Business Development Manager – Strategic Accounts & MSP PartnershipsCompany:Clicksoft SolutionsFocus:U.S. IT Staffing & Strategic PartnershipsClicksoft Solutions is looking for a results-drivenBusiness Development Managerto expand our U.S. IT staffing business throughSystem Integrators, Tier-1 vendors, MSP/VMS programs, and strategic client partnerships .Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business relationships withSystem Integrators and Tier-1 vendors .Build and strengthen relationships withMSP/VMS program teams and vendor management organizations .Identify new staffing opportunities and drivevendor onboarding/empanelment .Develop relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, program managers, and staffing leaders.Generate and manage qualified staffing requirements and new accounts.Expand existing accounts and identify opportunities for additional business.Coordinate closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure timely candidate submissions and successful placements.Maintain an active pipeline of prospects, meetings,



opportunities, and follow-ups.Negotiate staffing agreements, rates, and commercial terms with prospective partners.Meet defined business development, account acquisition, placement, and revenue targets.Preferred ExperienceStrong understanding of theU.S. IT staffing market .Existing relationships withSystem Integrators, Tier-1 vendors, MSPs, VMS programs, or enterprise clientsare highly preferred.Experience in business development, account management, vendor partnerships, or staffing sales.Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.Ability to independently generate new accounts and convert relationships into staffing opportunities.Priority:Candidates with an established network and demonstrated ability to bring current System Integrator, Tier-1, MSP/VMS, or enterprise staffing relationships will be preferred.
