and stakeholder expectations.Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and coordinate with technical teams for implementation.Support process improvement, automation, and data-driven decision-making initiatives.Prepare executive-level project updates and communicate progress, challenges, and key decisions to senior stakeholders.Key SkillsStrongProject/Program Management, Engineering Project Management, PMO Governance, Stakeholder Management, Risk & Issue Management, Data Analysis, MIS & Dashboarding, Process Improvement, Resource Planning, and Executive Communication .Experience withAgile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologiesand tools such asJira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, Power BI, or similar project management and reporting platformswill be preferred.EligibilityBachelor’s/Master’s degree inEngineering or STEMis preferred.5+ years of experience inProject Management, Program Management, Technical Project Management, PMO, Engineering Operations, or Technology Delivery .Experience managingcross-functional and technically oriented projects .Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data and project metrics.Excellent written and verbal communication with strong stakeholder management capabilities.PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, Lean Six Sigmaor similar certification is an added advantage.
