About the Role: We are seeking a highly driven Sail Point Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Architect with a strong background in designing, implementing, and leading Sail Point ISC solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, robust solution design capabilities, and proven experience in client-facing engagements, technical leadership, and delivering scalable identity governance solutions.

What You’ll Do: Proven experience designing and leading Sail Point ISC implementation projects.

Strong hands-on experience extending and customizing ISC using: Sail Point Rules Power Shell scripting REST APIs Java-based services and integrations Strong understanding of JDBC connectors, relational databases, and Web Services integrations.

Ability to evaluate multiple technical approaches, clearly articulate trade-offs, and guide clients toward solutions that best align with their business and technical requirements.

Solid communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex identity and security concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile delivery environment with bi-monthly sprint cycles.

Sail Point ISC Engineer certification is preferred.

What You Bring: Experience leading and mentoring development or implementation teams.

Prior experience with Agentic AI development or AI-enabled enterprise solutions.

Strong technical leadership skills, including solution reviews, design decisions, development oversight, and implementation guidance.

Ability to work effectively with client stakeholders, architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
