6-7 years of experience in Production & Quality of Concrete in RMC industry.

Min. 5 years working in Production & Quality Control

The individual should have in depth knowledge of Concrete mix design, having high convincing power, target oriented and adaptive to the changing scenarios. A multitasker with ability to withstand pressure the individual should have ability to take challenges.

1. Maintenace of plant and equipment. Ensure BOS Compliance to make sure that the plant utilization is efficient & optimal. 2. Develop multi-skilling of plant staff and manage working hours including staff attendance. 3. Interact with customers and understand their specific requirements to allow mix designs to be individually tailored.



Develop current mix designs and revise existing ones, whenever required as directed by Head - Technical. 4. Ensure compliance with all Quality Assurance /Quality Control protocols as per BOS. 5. Monitor testing of all concrete making ingredients for the RMC Plants in the clusters and conduct random quality checks and lab trials.

6. Ensure all raw materials used comply with relevant Indian Standards as well as Company norms for quality and quantity. Endorse vendor qualification for all input raw materials market representation.
