Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional and technical support for ERP and business applications.
- Support month-end and year-end business processes.
- Analyze business requirements and deliver system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Share Point, SQL, and .NET technologies.
- Design and support system integrations between ERP and other business systems.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analytics solutions.
- Lead or participate in application and digital transformation projects.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
- Conduct testing, training, documentation, and user support.
- Support future ERP modernization and business application initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and change management processes.
- Implementation of ERP system or other solution.
- Any other ad-hoc assignment as requested by superior

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.




- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting ERP or business applications.
- Experience with ERP systems such as iScala, Dynamics 365, SAP, or similar ERP platforms.
- Hands-on experience with:
- SQL Server
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Share Point Online
- Microsoft 365
- Experience in software development, reporting, system integration, and troubleshooting.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

- Dynamics 365 experience.
- .NET / C# development.
- API integrations.
- Azure technologies.
- Manufacturing or supply chain industry experience.
- ERP related knowledge.

Travel Requirement

- Willing to travel internationally when required.
- Support locations include Trichy, Manesar, Australia, and Middle East operations.
- Travel may be required for project implementation, user training, system deployment, and business process improvement activities.
