We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Manager Data & Analytics to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise data and analytics solutions. This role will be responsible for managing a team of data engineers and BI developers while driving execution of scalable data platforms that support advisory, investments, portfolio management, risk, compliance, and client reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities
Data Engineering & Delivery:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions.
- Implement ETL/ELT processes for structured and semi-structured data.
- Develop and support data models, reporting layers, and dashboards.
- Ensure data quality, performance, and reliability.
- Platform & Architecture Support
- Support Azure-based data ecosystem and Databricks Lakehouse platform.
- Work closely with architects on data solutions across platforms.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor data engineers, BI developers, and analysts.
- Manage task allocation and project delivery timelines.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure data governance and compliance standards are met.
Technical Expertise:
- Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Databricks, SQL, Azure
Qualifications:
- 710 years experience in data engineering.
- 24 years leadership experience.
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
