Design, develop, and support enterprise content management, case management, and document capture solutions using IBM File Net P8, IBM Case Manager, and IBM Datacap.
Analyze business requirements and implement scalable solutions involving document capture, classification, indexing, workflow automation, and case processing.
Configure and customize File Net Case Manager, Content Navigator (ICN), Content Engine (CE), Process Engine (PE), and Datacap applications to meet business needs.
Develop and maintain workflows, case types, business rules, Datacap applications, task profiles, rulesets, and custom components using Java, Java Script, and APIs.
Design and implement document ingestion solutions leveraging Datacap OCR, barcode recognition, document classification, validation, and data extraction capabilities.
Integrate Datacap and File Net solutions with enterprise applications, third-party systems, and downstream business processes through REST/SOAP services and APIs.
Manage content repositories, object stores, metadata models, security configurations, document lifecycle management, and governance standards.
Perform deployment, upgrades, migrations, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support activities across File Net and Datacap environments.
Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, test plans, and support SIT, UAT, deployment, and release management activities following Agile and SDLC practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, project teams, and support teams to deliver high-quality automation and document management solutions.

Strong experience with IBM File Net P8, IBM Case Manager (ICM),



Content Platform Engine (CPE), Content Engine (CE), Process Engine (PE), and IBM Content Navigator (ICN).
Hands-on experience with IBM Datacap, including document capture, OCR, data extraction, document classification, validation, recognition, and ruleset development.
Experience designing and implementing end-to-end document capture-to-content repository solutions integrating Datacap with File Net.
Stro Java Script, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON, and related integration technologieng proficiency in Java/J2EE, s.
Experience with workflow development, case management, business process automation, event actions, and queue management.
Hands-on experience with Datacap components such as Datacap Studio, Datacap Navigator, Quick Doc, Application Manager, Fingerprint, and OCR engines.
Knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2 databases, including SQL development and performance optimization.
Experience in File Net security, metadata management, object stores, document lifecycle management, and records governance.
Strong troubleshooting, migration, deployment, and production support experience in enterprise environments.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Desired skills

Experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW), Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA), ODM, and IBM Automation Suite products.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, IBM Cloud) and container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Open Shift.
Familiarity with Dev Ops tools including Jenkins, Maven, Sonar Qube, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, Elasticsearch, and enterprise integration architectures.
