Job Description:

- Lead end-to-end project and transformation delivery across the Sustainability Insights portfolio.

- Develop project plans, milestones, timelines, deliverables and resource requirements.

- Manage project governance, status reporting, steering forums and senior stakeholder communications.

- Track RAID items - Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies - and drive timely resolution.

- Coordinate with stakeholders across Front Office, Business, Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance, Sustainability and Transformation functions.

- Translate business objectives into structured project plans and actionable workstreams.

- Manage project dependencies across multiple teams and ensure alignment with overall CIB transformation priorities.

- Monitor project progress against scope, timelines, budget and agreed deliverables.





- Identify delivery risks and escalate issues appropriately to senior stakeholders.

- Support change management and adoption activities associated with transformation initiatives.

- Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, project updates and governance materials.

- Facilitate project meetings, workshops and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.

- Ensure appropriate documentation, controls, processes and governance are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

- Support continuous improvement and standardisation of project delivery practices.

- Work closely with sustainability and business teams to convert insights and strategic objectives into actionable initiatives
