Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced OIM Core Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Identity Manager, IAM, Java/J2EE and ADF. The role involves developing OIM solutions, connectors, workflows and enterprise integrations.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deploy OIM event handlers, scheduled jobs, SOA workflows and custom connectors.
• Configure and customize connectors for LDAP, DB, SCIM, REST and Web Services.
• Troubleshoot provisioning and reconciliation issues and provide fixes.
• Develop OIM solutions using Java, Groovy, ADF and APIs.
• Integrate OIM with AD, LDAP, databases, cloud and enterprise applications.
• Support Unit Testing, SIT, UAT and production operations.
• Prepare technical documentation and support audit/compliance requirements.
• Lead teams and deliver complex IAM projects.
Required Skills
• 8–10 years in IAM with 5+ years in OIM 11gR2/12c.
• Strong OIM development and administration experience.
• IAM concepts: RBAC, lifecycle management and governance.
• Robust Java/J2EE and ADF programming.
• Team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred: Oracle OIM Certification, Git, Jenkins, Maven and Bit Bucket.
