Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain MSI, MSIX, Win32, and PSADT-based application packages for enterprise environments.
- Perform application packaging, customization, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment readiness activities across Windows 11 platforms.
- Execute and validate application deployments through Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM, including requirement rules, detection methods, supersedence, dependencies, and rollback testing.
- Conduct end-to-end packaging validation, including install, uninstall, upgrade, repair, user acceptance support, and regression testing.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure application compatibility with Beyond Trust Elevation Management, validating privilege elevation requirements, application control policies, and secure deployment standards in enterprise environments.
- Analyze and resolve complex application issues related to registry, file system, services, drivers, COM components, and user profile settings.




- Develop and maintain Power Shell and PSADT automation scripts to improve packaging efficiency and standardization.
- Create deployment-ready packages for Intune, SCCM, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
- Perform application compatibility assessments, dependency analysis, remediation, and packaging documentation as per enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with application owners, infrastructure teams, security teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful package delivery and deployment.
- Mentor junior packaging engineers, perform peer reviews, and provide technical guidance on complex packaging and deployment scenarios
