- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and container-based platforms.

- Experience working in production support, operations support, and maintenance environments.

- Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools and SLA-driven incident management.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Good documentation, reporting, and communication skills.

- Understanding of software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and Dev Ops best practices.

Dev Ops Engineer II with strong expertise in Azure Cloud, Dev Ops, Infrastructure Operations, and Production Support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, supporting, and optimizing cloud-native solutions while ensuring system reliability, security, and operational excellence. The role requires strong troubleshooting, automation, networking, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Cloud & Dev Ops

- Design, deploy, configure, and support Azure-based solutions.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

- Implement secure cloud architectures using VNets, NSGs, Firewalls, Private Endpoints, and Identity & Access controls.

- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual operational activities.

Production Support & Operations

- Analyze and resolve production and non-production incidents within defined SLAs.

- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, monitoring, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).





- Monitor application and infrastructure health, availability, and performance.

- Collaborate with Development and QA teams to resolve application and platform issues.

- Participate in release deployments and operational support activities.

Networking & Security

- Configure and troubleshoot networking components including DNS, TCP/IP, Routing, Subnetting, VPNs, Firewalls, and Load Balancers.

- Support cloud networking, security configurations, and connectivity troubleshooting.

- Ensure compliance with enterprise security and operational standards.

Documentation & Collaboration

- Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, runbooks, and SOPs.

- Provide status updates and collaborate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and project teams.

- Follow established Dev Ops, operational, and documentation best practices.
