We are looking for an experienced Educational Counsellor to join our growing team.
You will guide clients who want to move abroad for work, study, or other visa needs. You will understand their goals, explain the right visa options, and support them through the process.
Training will be provided on visa processes for Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Europe.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with people, building trust, and helping clients achieve their overseas plans.
Responsibilities
- Speak with clients and understand their overseas plans.
- Explain visa options clearly and simply.
- Guide clients on the documents and steps needed.
- Handle client questions and follow up with them on time.
- Keep client records and case details up to date.
- Build strong and trusted client relationships.
- Follow up with leads and help convert them into clients.
- Stay updated on visa rules and process changes.
- Work with the team to give clients smooth and timely support.
- Complete assigned targets and support business growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in overseas immigration, visa consulting, or related sales is preferred.
- Good communication and client handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Ability to understand client needs and explain options clearly.
- Positive attitude and a strong focus on results.
- Willingness to learn visa processes for new countries.
- Candidates with experience in Australia, Recent Zealand, UK, or Europe visa services will be an added advantage.
