? WE’RE HIRING | SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER + L2.5 SUPPORT

? Location: Pune
? Experience: 8–12 Years
?? Role: Senior Software Engineer + Support (L2.5)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer who can combine robust backend engineering expertise with hands-on L2.5 production support capabilities.

? Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, deploy & maintain scalable backend services
• Build cloud-native applications and microservices on AWS
• Develop REST APIs and distributed application architectures
• Work with event-driven systems using Kafka, SQS/SNS & RabbitMQ
• Optimize SQL/NoSQL databases, queries, indexes & data access patterns
• Troubleshoot production issues across APIs, microservices, databases, messaging & integrations
• Monitor and diagnose issues using Cloud Watch, logs, metrics & distributed tracing
• Handle incidents, RCA, permanent fixes and production recovery within SLA/SLO
• Support releases, hotfixes,



rollbacks and post-deployment validation
• Improve application performance, scalability, reliability & security
• Create runbooks, troubleshooting guides and operational documentation
• Participate in on-call/support rotations when required
• Mentor engineers and contribute to code/design reviews
