Description:

Extensive experience in Quality Engineering and enterprise-scale test automation.

Strong hands-on experience with Java and automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Rest

Assured, JUnit, or TestNG.

Experience testing APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native applications.

Strong understanding of test automation architecture, CI/CD, and Dev Ops practices.

Experience with performance, resiliency, and security testing methodologies.

Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering tools (Git Hub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, or similar).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and influence engineering decisions across teams.

Strong mentoring and collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with Product, Engineering, and

Architecture stakeholders.

Positive understanding of Agile and SAFe frameworks.

Good to have: Experience in Fin Tech, Payments, cloud-native platforms, Kubernetes, observability, and

microservices architectures.
