Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Manual/Automation Engineer with experience in Selenium, Python scripting, and Manual Testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies, developing automation frameworks, identifying defects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of software testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Manual, automated test scripts using Selenium Web Driver and Python.

- Execute manual and automated testing for CAD Applications applications.

- Analyze business and technical requirements to create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and smoke testing.

- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using defect management tools.

- Develop and maintain reusable test automation frameworks and scripts.

- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Participate in test planning, estimation, and execution activities.

- Generate test execution reports and provide quality metrics to stakeholders.

- Continuously improve testing processes, automation coverage, and quality standards.

RequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications

- 2 to 5 years of experience in Automation and Manual Testing in Software Testing/QA.

- Strong hands-on experience with Manual,



CAD Software such as AutoCAD, Solid Works, Selenium Web Driver for test automation.

- Proficiency in Python programming and script development.

- Solid experience in Manual Testing, including test case design and execution.

- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, Test Rail, etc.).

- Knowledge of API testing using tools such as Postman is desirable.

- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience CAD QA, Manual QA, Automation.

- Knowledge of automation frameworks such as PyTest or Unit test.

- Exposure to SQL and database testing.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Requirements
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and SAFe Agilist (SA) or equivalent SAFe certification. 3–6 years of experience in Agile project management. Strong understanding of Scrum, Protected, and Kanban frameworks. Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar. Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in mid-sized IT companies or startups. Exposure to Dev Ops and CI/CD environments. Familiarity with scaled Agile implementations and enterprise-level Agile transformation.
