- 5+ years of experience in a Graphic Design role, preferably in a corporate or B2B/skilled services setting.
- Prior experience designing business proposals, sales presentations, or corporate decks.
- Exposure to working in fast-paced bid or proposal environments with tight turnaround times.
- Hands-on experience in formatting documents using MS Office (Power Point, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat (PDFs).
- Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for editing images and preparing visual mock-ups.
Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in MS Power Point and Microsoft Word formatting.
- Intermediate to good command of Adobe Photoshop; familiarity with Illustrator/InDesign is a bonus.
- Strong eye for detail, layout, spacing, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to interpret complex text and transform it into clean, engaging visual formats.
- Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple design tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal communication and team collaboration skills.
- Open to learning new tools and adapting to evolving branding requirements.

Knowledge
- Strong understanding of corporate design principles and brand alignment.
- Awareness of B2B proposal processes and visual expectations in professional service proposals.
Basic understanding of Automotive or Technology industry domains is a plus
