Festivals From India is hiring on behalf of their client ASIGN for an Art Content Writer who will create and manage written content for ASIGN’s website, social media, blogs, campaigns, and marketing materials.

The role involves researching art, artists, collectables, and culture, while ensuring all content is accurate, engaging, grammatically strong, and aligned with the brand voice. The ideal candidate should have 1+ years of content-writing experience, excellent English and research skills, and hands-on experience using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude.

Requirements





Essential Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Communications, Literature, Marketing, or a related field.

- Strong command of written and spoken English, with excellent grammar, vocabulary, and proofreading skills.

- A solid understanding of content writing, digital communication, and storytelling.

- Relevant content portfolio demonstrating writing across different formats and platforms.

Essential Experience:

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, editing, or a similar role.

- Experience creating content for websites, social media, blogs, campaigns, and marketing materials.

- Experience researching and writing about art, artists, culture, collectables, or related subjects is preferred.

- Hands-on experience using ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools for content ideation, drafting, editing, and research.

- Experience with fact-checking and managing multiple content assignments within deadlines.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with Design, Marketing, and Product teams.

- Good understanding of brand voice, content consistency, and digital communication.

- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing would be an advantage.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications: MA History of Art or MA Museology, Conservation of Art/Heritage, BFA/MFA, or MSc. In Chemistry from a recognised University Strong communication skills, with written and verbal proficiency in English Knowledge of at least one vernacular Indian language is ideal Competency in using IT systems, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint Essential Experience: 3-5 years of experience, ideally with an art gallery, museum or a private art collection Prior experience working with mixed media, managing physical artworks Prior experience working for a structured company Key Personal Attributes & Skills: Creative individual with drive, sincerity and ability to work efficiently and accurately according to instruction Ability to collaborate and work with a team to achieve common goals Highly organised and detail-oriented with good observation skills Values of adaptability and sincerity are critical A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills Conscientious attitude with the ability to handle precious objects with care Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
