Job Description

We are looking for an experienced In-House Architect with real estate experience to handle architectural planning, drawings, consultant coordination and site execution for residential and commercial projects. The candidate should have positive knowledge of UDCPR and KDMC norms and preferably have handled at least one building/project end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review architectural plans, layouts, working drawings and construction drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil and other consultants for integrated project execution.
- Ensure designs and drawings comply with UDCPR, KDMC norms and applicable building regulations.
- Coordinate for building permissions, approvals, NOCs and other statutory requirements.
- Review FSI, TDR, setbacks, margins, parking and development potential.
- Coordinate with site teams and resolve architectural and drawing-related issues.
- Conduct site visits and ensure execution is as per approved/issued drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and internal teams throughout project execution.
- Manage drawing revisions, approvals and architectural project documentation.
- Support projects from planning and design through execution and completion.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced In-house Architect to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all architectural aspects of our company's projects, from conceptual design to project completion. This role requires a strong understanding of local building codes and regulations,



excellent design capabilities, and proven project management skills. The In-house Architect will work closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and refine architectural designs, layouts, and specifications for various in-house projects, including commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, schematics, 3D models, and presentations using industry-standard software.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant statutory requirements in Mumbai.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget control.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, interior designers, and other specialists to integrate all design elements seamlessly.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, ensure adherence to design specifications, and resolve any on-site issues.
- Prepare and review tender documents, contractor proposals, and material specifications.
- Liaise with municipal authorities and obtain necessary approvals and permits for construction projects.
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and external contractors throughout the project duration.
- Research and recommend new materials, technologies, and sustainable design practices to enhance project quality and efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including drawings, reports, and correspondence.
