Job Role:General Helper is responsible for keeping the production area clean and tidy. Perform various cleaning tasks, which include mopping, vacuuming, and sweeping floors, arranging the goods, etc.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lift raw materials, finished goods, and packed items, manually or using hoists.
- Operate machinery used in the production process or assist machine operators.
- When working on a machine, strictly follow the operator’s instructions.
- Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected and notify operators of any malfunctions.
- Sweep, mop, and remove debris both inside and outside factory premises.
- Place products in equipment or on work surface for further processing, inspection or wrapping.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the production in charge.
- Remove products, machine attachments or waste material from machines

- Keep machine and machine area neat & clean.
- Recalibrate machines at the end of each shift.
- Prepare raw materials for all types of processing.
- Pack and store materials.

Educational Requirements:;

- ITI/ Polytechnic/ Any Diploma is preferred.
- Minimum high school education preferred; basic literacy and numeracy required
- Prior experience in a production/factory environment is an advantage, but not mandatory
- On-the-job training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy loads
- Manual dexterity for handling tools, materials, and packaging
- Comfortable working in a factory/production environment (noise, temperature variations, etc.)

Language Requirements:

- English - Mandatory
