Job Description:

- Manage end-to-end import/export and international trading operations.

- Prepare, verify, and maintain all shipping and trade-related documentation.

- Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA/customs

- brokers, banks, and transporters.

- Handle shipment bookings, customs clearance, port operations, delivery, and

- shipment tracking.

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing

- List, Bill of Lading/Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin, Insurance, Shipping Bill, Bill of

- Entry, and other applicable certificates.

- Coordinate with Finance and Banking teams for LC, payment, and trade-finance

- documentation.

- Ensure compliance with applicable DGFT, Customs, FEMA, RBI, and import-export

- regulations.

- Resolve documentation discrepancies, shipment delays, customs issues, and other

- operational challenges.

- Maintain complete records and prepare shipment and operations MIS for management.
