Job Description: Field Recruiter – Rental Sales

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Field Recruiter – Rental Sales to drive rider acquisition and increase vehicle rentals for our electric vehicle fleet. The role involves identifying, engaging, and onboarding riders who will operate under our 3PL model with Blink it and Zepto. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in the field, building strong relationships with delivery partners, and achieving aggressive deployment targets.

RequirementsKey Responsibilities

- Drive rider acquisition and onboarding for the electric vehicle rental program.

- Engage with potential delivery partners and explain the benefits of joining the fleet.

- Ensure smooth onboarding processes, including documentation and training.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly deployment targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with riders to ensure retention.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational challenges.

- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.

Requirements

- Proven experience in field recruitment, sales, or rider acquisition.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.

- Comfortable with fieldwork and engaging with diverse stakeholders.





- Knowledge of delivery partner ecosystems (Blinkit, Zepto, or similar platforms) is an advantage.

- Basic understanding of electric vehicle operations preferred.
