Position: AI/ML Developer

Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

Mandatory Skillset:

- More than few yrs of experience in Python, AI/ML not just few months
- Experience in coding in Python.
- Experience on building Agentic solutions using Python or some framework. knowledge of prompt engineering, context engineering, harness engineering and loop engineering.
- Practical experience in building AI Specific workflows




- Practical knowledge on building complex agentic workflow pipelines.
- Working experience of training and building models on AWS services or other cloud.
- Familiarity with AI/ML libraries.
- Building quick protype using Streamlit or Gradio

Valuable to have:

- Experience with NLP, VAE, Diffusion is good. Experience with MLOps.
- Knowledge of Docker and AWS container orchestration is plus.
- Direct experience in Agile, SCRUM, git, JIRA etc.

Minimum Experience on Key Skills:

- 6-9 years

General Expectation:

- Must have Good Communication
- Must be ready to work in 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM Shift
- Flexible to work in Client Location Manyata or EGL, Bangalore
- Must be ready to work from office in a Hybrid work environment. Full Remote work is not an option
- Expect Full Return to office in 2026
