Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ASM / Business Manager – West Bengal to manage and develop the Dealer & Distributor network across the entire West Bengal region for Domestic Cooking Appliances.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall sales and distribution network across West Bengal.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors and channel partners.
- Drive sales through the General Trade (GT) channel.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Expand the dealer and distributor network by identifying current business opportunities.
- Ensure effective product availability, visibility and distribution across the market.
- Monitor distributor performance, secondary sales and stock levels.
- Conduct regular market visits and understand market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.




- Coordinate with distributors and dealers for schemes, promotions and sales initiatives.
- Ensure timely achievement of business targets and improve market penetration.
- Lead and coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and market updates for management.

Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of experience in sales/channel management, preferably in Consumer Durables / Home Appliances / Kitchen Appliances / Electrical Appliances.
- Strong experience in handling Dealer & Distributor Network / General Trade (GT).
- Must have experience managing West Bengal market/territory.
- Experience in Domestic Cooking Appliances will be highly preferred.
- Strong market knowledge and established channel relationships across West Bengal.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across West Bengal.
