Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Digital Marketing and Designing teams

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies

• Monitor campaigns, leads, conversions, and overall performance

• Set team targets and track KPIs

• Handle client requirements and ensure timely project delivery

• Improve team productivity and operational efficiency

• Identify opportunities for business growth

• Prepare performance reports and provide strategic insights





• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution

• Monitor team performance and provide guidance to achieve targets

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing

• Strong team management and leadership skills

• Good knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and Lead Generation

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Target-oriented approach with a focus on business growth

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
