Role Description The Junior Chartered Accountant (Manager) will support financial management and compliance activities, working closely with senior finance and consulting professionals. This is a full-time, in office role based in Thane, involving daily preparation and review of journal entries, maintenance of ledgers, and assistance with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. The role includes tracking and reconciling fixed assets, supporting audits, and ensuring accurate documentation in line with accounting standards and company policies. The Junior Chartered Accountant (Manager) will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis for safety, training, licensing,



and CSR projects, and contribute to budgeting, cost monitoring, and reporting. The position also involves helping improve internal financial processes and systems while maintaining high levels of integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Statements and Finance, including preparation, review, and basic financial analysis.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, support audits, and assist in decision-making for projects and compliance activities.
- Candidates should possess practical experience with Journal Entries (Accounting) and general ledger accounting to ensure accurate, timely records.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in managing Fixed Assets, including tracking, reconciliation, and ensuring proper capitalization and depreciation.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (completed or at final stage) with 0–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting or corporate finance.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting/ERP software; knowledge of audit and compliance frameworks is beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, ethical, and able to work independently and as part of a team in a structured, on-site environment in Thane.
