We're building ChatWithAds, an AI decision platform for paid media teams.

We're looking for a hands-on product + engineering leader who can take complex business problems, turn them into product architecture, and ship quickly.

What you'll own

• Product and technical architecture

• AI agents, workflows, MCPs and integrations

• Product roadmap, sprints and releases

• Engineering execution and code quality

• Translating founder/product direction into working software

• Building systems that learn from real user decisions and outcomes

• Leading and developing a small engineering/product team

Who we're looking for

• Robust full-stack engineering foundation

• Deep practical experience building with LLMs and AI systems

• Comfortable experimenting, prototyping and shipping fast





• Strong product thinking — not just ticket execution

• Able to independently figure out unfamiliar technical problems

• Experience owning SaaS products from architecture through production

• High ownership with a builder mindset

You should be equally comfortable discussing the customer journey, designing the architecture, reviewing code and shipping the solution.

This is a high-ownership role with the opportunity to help shape the core technology and product direction of ChatWithAds.
