About the Role

We are looking for an Inventory Executive to join the inventory and operations team of a leading international liquor retail chain.

This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to build their career in Inventory Management, Retail Operations, FMCG, and Supply Chain. You will work closely with store, warehouse, procurement, and operations teams and gain practical exposure to high-volume retail inventory and international operating processes.

What You Will Work On

- Manage inventory for wines, spirits, beer, beverages, and other retail products
- Handle high-volume SKUs and fast-moving inventory
- Monitor stock availability and maintain accurate inventory records
- Track daily inward and outward stock movements
- Update inventory and ERP systems accurately and on time
- Conduct stock audits, reconciliation, and physical verification
- Identify stock discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution
- Work closely with warehouse, procurement, and store teams
- Prepare inventory reports and highlight stock-related issues
- Support smooth inventory movement across retail operations
- Follow established inventory processes, controls, and reporting standards

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure inventory data is accurate and up to date




- Monitor stock levels and identify shortages, excess stock, or discrepancies
- Reconcile physical stock with system records
- Maintain proper documentation for stock movements
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis
- Ensure timely reporting of inventory issues
- Support periodic stock counts and audits
- Follow standard operating procedures and maintain process discipline
- Proactively identify operational issues and support their resolution

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 0–3 years of experience; candidates with experience in inventory, warehouse, retail, FMCG, or operations are preferred
- Freshers with the right attitude and strong communication skills may also be considered




- Good spoken and written English communication – mandatory
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including basic formulas and data handling
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Willing to work from the Hyderabad office on a full time, on-site basis
- Immediate joiner or maximum 15 days notice period
- Willingness to sign a 1-year employment bond is mandatory

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or a related field
- Experience in retail, FMCG, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain operations
- Exposure to ERP or inventory management software
- Experience handling high-volume SKUs or fast-moving products

Important

Training: The first 2 months will be a structured training period with a stipend of ₹15,000 per month. Upon successful completion of training, the annual compensation will be ₹4 LPA.
