We're building a one-stop destination for racket sports players, starting with badminton and extending to tennis, padel, pickleball, and squash.

We're looking for a Senior Content Manager to own this content charter end to end: identifying what players are searching for, building the topic and keyword architecture, and leading a team of writers who bring it to life. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can operate at the intersection of SEO, editorial quality, and AI-enabled content operations.

What you'll own:

SEO & Content Strategy

- Own keyword research and search-intent mapping using SEMrush (or similar tools)
- Build keyword research into topic clusters and content roadmaps
- Spot content gaps and opportunities based on real player search behavior

Team & Editorial Quality

- Manage and mentor a team of writers and interns; assign topics, keywords, and formats
- Set content briefs and proofread all output for accuracy, depth, and relevance
- Ensure every piece is genuinely practical to a player, not filler

Content Marketing Ownership

- Treat content as a growth product:



track performance and iterate on what works
- Apply strong copywriting instincts to on-site and product-adjacent content

AI & Tooling

- Use AI tools to speed up research, drafting, editing, and workflow automation
- Build lightweight processes so content operations scale without scaling headcount

Who are we looking for

- 3-5 years in content, content marketing, or SEO content roles, including experience managing writers or interns
- Strong, hands-on SEO skills: keyword research, clustering, search intent, on-page SEO
- Working proficiency with SEMrush or equivalent tools
- Strong content and copywriting judgment
- Comfortable using AI tools for research, drafting, and automation
- Background in sports content required (any sport); racket sports experience is a plus
- High ownership mindset, comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
