Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support daily HR operations and assist in building people processes for a growing SaaS startup. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gurgaon and involves coordinating recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The intern will help draft and update HR policies, assist with onboarding documentation, and support employee records management. Additional responsibilities may include helping organize employee engagement initiatives, compiling HR reports, and collaborating with team leads to address routine HR queries.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing a career in people operations.
- Ability to understand and assist in implementing HR Policies and Employee Benefits programs.
- Basic skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining records and supporting employee lifecycle processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an in office team environment.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, HRIS or applicant tracking systems is a plus).
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to changing priorities, and handle confidential information with professionalism.
