Role Description The Senior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for managing and improving core HR processes to support a growing, technology-driven organization. This full time, on-site role is based in New Delhi and involves overseeing HR operations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. Daily activities include advising managers and team members on HR matters, administering employee benefits, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and supporting performance management and employee engagement initiatives.



The Senior Human Resources Generalist will also contribute to HR strategy, help refine people-related programs, and collaborate with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in a generalist or similar role.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements, including developing, interpreting, and updating HR guidelines.
- Experience with Employee Advantages and Benefits Administration, including enrollment, communication, and vendor coordination.
- Ability to handle employee relations, performance management support, and conflict resolution with fairness and discretion.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Experience working in technology or digital-focused companies is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are a plus.
