Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales / Relationship Manager based in Mumbai. The role involves building and maintaining strong business relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional client service, and identifying opportunities to drive sales growth. The Sales / Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing strategic approaches to meet financial targets,



and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also includes nurturing partnerships and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for the seamless delivery of services.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Communication, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
- Understanding of Finance and the ability to guide clients on relevant insurance products
- Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills to address client needs and resolve issues
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Proactive mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative setting
- Background or prior experience in the insurance sector is a strong advantage
