Race Innovations is looking for a results-driven digital marketer to own the online growth of two very different product lines: our IT products and our beauty products.

This is an end-to-end role. You'll plan it, run it, measure it, and be accountable for the numbers.

What you'll do

- Build and execute digital marketing strategies for our IT products across search, social, email, content, and paid channels
- Drive online sales of our beauty range through our own website and marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and Myntra
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and campaigns on third-party e-commerce platforms
- Run performance campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, marketplace ads) with a clear focus on ROI
- Track funnels, conversion rates, and ROAS, and continuously optimize
- Own the full journey from awareness to purchase to repeat customer

What we're looking for

- 3-5 years in digital marketing or e-commerce growth, with proven revenue results you can show us




- Hands-on experience selling on marketplaces and managing D2C websites
- Comfortable working across two distinct audiences: B2B/tech buyers and consumer beauty shoppers
- Robust grip on analytics, ad platforms, SEO, and conversion optimization
- A self-starter who can work independently and take full ownership of targets
- Bonus: experience with Shopify/WooCommerce, marketplace seller panels, influencer or affiliate marketing
