Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Database harvesting: Research and identify potential companies, clients, institutions, and business contacts through reliable online sources. Collect, verify, organize, and maintain accurate information such as company names, contact persons, email IDs, phone numbers, websites, and other relevant details using Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, or similar tools.
- Email marketing: Assist in creating and sending professional email campaigns to prospective clients and organizations. Prepare targeted contact lists, personalize email communication, follow up with prospects, track responses, and maintain records of email campaigns and leads.
- Cold calling: Contact prospective clients and organizations through phone calls to introduce the company's products and services, understand their requirements, and generate potential business leads. Maintain call records, conduct follow-ups, and coordinate with the team for further discussions with interested prospects.
- Lead management: Update and maintain lead databases regularly, track the status of prospects, and ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients.
- Market research: Research target industries, companies,



and potential customers to identify new business opportunities and support the organization's outreach activities.
- Reporting & coordination: Prepare basic reports on leads, calls, emails, responses, and follow-ups, while coordinating with the HR/business development team to achieve assigned targets.
