As we expand our team, we are looking for goal-oriented, high-energy Inside Sales Representatives to connect with potential candidates across India and guide them toward global career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion & Counseling: Conduct inbound and outbound calls/messages to prospective candidates, understanding their career goals and pitching Raahi Global's mobility and language programs.
Funnel Management: Follow up consistently with warm leads, address queries, resolve objections, and guide candidates through the enrollment process.
Regional Outreach: Engage effectively with prospective applicants in target regional markets using native language capabilities.
CRM & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate call logs, candidate status updates,
and daily pipeline reports on internal tools.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales and enrollment quotas in a fast-paced environment.
Role Requirements & Regional Openings
General Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Confident, empathetic, and persuasive phone etiquette.
Sales-oriented mindset with a drive to meet conversion metrics.
Familiarity with smartphones, basic computer operations, and messaging tools (WhatsApp/Zoom/Google Workspace).
Prior experience in telesales, candidate counseling, or inside sales is a strong advantage.
Remote Setup: Candidates must have a reliable personal laptop/computer, a robust internet connection, and a quiet work environment for calling.
