Role Description The Senior Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. This position is responsible for managing key customer accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the manufacturing and sheet metal fabrication sector. Day-to-day activities include preparing and negotiating quotations, coordinating with production and quality teams, tracking order status, and ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role also involves market research, sales reporting, and participation in strategic planning to grow revenue and expand the client base.



The Senior Account Executive will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align client requirements with production capabilities.
Qualifications

- Solid account management and client relationship skills, with experience handling key industrial or manufacturing clients.
- Sales and business development capabilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a B2B environment.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, sheet metal fabrication, and basic technical specifications for industrial components.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order execution.
- Proficiency in documentation, sales reporting, and use of office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM software).
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer service and conflict resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience in manufacturing sales or industrial accounts is preferred.
- Capacity to work on-site in Faridabad, manage multiple priorities, and uphold professional ethics and non-discriminatory practices.
