Role Description The Scada Engineer will work full time on-site in the Pune Division, supporting SCADA and remote monitoring solutions for solar power plants and related systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring, commissioning, and maintaining SCADA systems, integrating field devices, and ensuring accurate data acquisition from sensors and data loggers. The role involves designing and managing Human Machine Interface (HMI) screens, monitoring system performance, and diagnosing and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime. The Scada Engineer will collaborate with project, electrical,



and operations teams, prepare technical documentation, and support upgrades, testing, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering and Power Systems relevant to solar power plants and industrial automation.
- Hands-on experience with SCADA systems and Human Machine Interface (HMI) configuration, integration, and maintenance.
- Proficient troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, communication networks, and field instrumentation.
- Familiarity with data loggers, sensors, industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, TCP/IP), and remote monitoring solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, control schematics, and system architecture diagrams.
- Comfortable in working in office in Solar power plant
- Effective communication, documentation, and collaboration skills; ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Experience in solar power plant SCADA or renewable energy projects is an advantage.
