Rang De (www.rangde.in) is a fintech social enterprise on a mission to revolutionize access to credit for underserved communities in India. Since pioneering peer-to-peer lending in 2008, Rang De has enabled individual lenders to directly support borrowers—removing intermediaries and making credit more affordable, timely, and customized.

Now an NBFC-P2P platform, Rang De combines purpose-built technology with deep grassroots partnerships to empower thousands of farmers and micro-entrepreneurs across India.

THE ROLE

As an Associate Product Manager, you will work closely with senior product leaders, designers, and engineers to build impactful products that improve access to credit for underserved communities.

This is a hands-on learning role where you'll develop strong product thinking, user empathy, and execution skills.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Support in understanding customer behavior through analytics and user research
- Assist in running Product-Market Fit (PMF) surveys and synthesizing insights
- Contribute to defining and prioritizing product features and improvements
- Participate in design sprints and help validate product ideas
- Write explicit user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to build and ship features
- Assist in product testing (UAT) and ensure smooth releases




- Support adoption of new features through internal and external communication
- Work cross-functionally with growth, operations, and leadership teams
- Stay updated on user needs, fintech trends, and emerging technologies

WHO YOU ARE

- 0–2 years of experience in product management, consulting, analytics, or a startup environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to talk to users and derive meaningful insights
- Clear communicator (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Excel, or analytics platforms is a plus
- Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Empathy for underserved communities and a desire to create social impact
