About the Role

We are a boutique Overseas Education Consultancy in Mumbai, specializing in personalized counselling and end-to-end support for students aspiring to pursue higher education abroad.

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and enterprising Student Outreach & Counselling Executive to connect with prospective students, understand their study-abroad aspirations, provide first-level guidance, and schedule personalized counselling sessions with our Founder & CEO.

The role involves student outreach, relationship building, appointment setting, and strategic follow-ups, with the ultimate objective of converting prospective students into applicants for the admission and application process.

Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to prospective students interested in studying abroad and initiate meaningful conversations.
- Understand students academic backgrounds, career goals, country preferences, and study-abroad aspirations.
- Provide first-level guidance on overseas education, including country options, university choices, courses, and application timelines.




- Explain the consultancy's services and value proposition clearly to prospective students and parents.
- Schedule counselling sessions with the Founder & CEO, either virtually or in person.
- Maintain consistent and strategic follow-ups with students after their counselling sessions.
- Build robust relationships with prospective students and parents and keep leads engaged throughout the decision-making process.
- Follow up with students to obtain the required documents and move them from the prospect stage to the application stage.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, feedback, and lead status in CRM systems and Google Sheets.
- Work towards monthly targets for appointments and student conversions.
- Coordinate internally to ensure a smooth transition of students from counselling to the admission/application process.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in outreach and counselling within a study abroad/overseas education company is mandatory.
