i-TEK RFID is looking for a seasoned Head – Business Analysis to lead solution consulting, requirement engineering, and end-to-end implementation of enterprise software, RFID, and IoT solutions.

This role is ideal for a techno-functional leader who can bridge business and technology by translating customer requirements into scalable solutions and driving successful implementations from discovery to go-live.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Lead customer requirement gathering, business process analysis, and solution design.
- Drive end-to-end software/product implementations and customer rollouts.
- Define functional requirements, workflows, use cases, and implementation strategies.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams on solution architecture and execution.
- Manage API integrations, system interfaces, and enterprise platform connectivity.
- Oversee UAT, go-live, customer onboarding, and post-implementation support.
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Solution Consultants.
- Act as the key stakeholder interface for customers and internal leadership.

Required Experience:-

- 15-20 years of experience in Business Analysis, Solution Consulting, Product Implementation, or Enterprise Solution Delivery.

- Hands-on exposure to API integrations, system interfaces, and enterprise applications.
- Experience in ERP, WMS, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, RFID, or IoT solutions.
- Proven track record of leading customer-facing solutioning and implementation teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
