Direct reports: Production, Engineering, PPC, Quality, SCM, Maintenance, EHS and HR/Admin Managers
Purpose: Own total plant performance for safety, quality, cost, delivery and productivity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily plant operations and manpower.
- Approve production priorities and resource allocation.
- Conduct daily and monthly performance reviews.
- Resolve cross-functional bottlenecks.
- Control operating expenses and plant discipline.
- Ensure readiness for audits and customer inspections.
- Escalate project, safety and quality risks to senior management.

Qualification/experience: Mechanical/Civil/Production Engineering; 12–18 years in structural steel or project manufacturing.
