Role Description The Vice President will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Esse India's Canada immigration and visa consulting services. This full-time, on-site role based in Canada involves developing business plans, driving growth initiatives, and ensuring high-quality client service standards across teams. The Vice President will lead and mentor senior staff, oversee compliance with immigration regulations, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing performance metrics, optimizing processes, managing budgets and resources,



and representing the organization in high-level client meetings and industry forums. The role also requires close collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations to enhance brand visibility and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Robust leadership, people management, and team-building skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams.
- Strategic planning, business development, and operational management capabilities in a service-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of immigration and visa consulting processes (Canada experience preferred), with a focus on regulatory compliance and risk management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience with executive-level client interactions.
- Proven ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and make informed decisions to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
