Role Description The Education Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position involves guiding prospective and current students through course selection, admissions processes, and career pathways aligned with PS Academy's programs in Digital Marketing, PHP, Angular, and SAP. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting student counseling sessions, responding to inquiries, providing information about curricula and training outcomes, and maintaining accurate records of student interactions. The Education Counselor collaborates with faculty and administrative staff to support student engagement, retention,



and satisfaction and may participate in information sessions, workshops, and outreach activities. The counselor is expected to maintain a professional, student-centered approach and uphold ethical, inclusive counseling practices.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Educational Consulting and Education, with the ability to understand and explain training programs and learning pathways.
- Candidates should possess skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to support learners in academic decisions and career planning.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience in academic advising, admissions, or student support roles in an educational institution or training center is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple student cases, and use basic computer and CRM tools effectively.
