Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for University and Corporate Relations. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with universities, colleges, and corporate partners to support collaborations, placements, and brand visibility. Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new institutional and corporate partners, coordinating events such as seminars, workshops, and career fairs, and representing Simandhar Education at external forums.



The individual will work closely with academic, training, and placement teams to align programs with industry needs and enhance student opportunities. The role also includes tracking partnership performance, managing communication with stakeholders, and preparing regular reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.

Qualifications

- Strong Corporate Relations and partnership management skills, with experience in engaging universities, colleges, and corporate organizations.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders and senior professionals.
- Experience in Training coordination and academic-industry integration, including organizing workshops, seminars, and corporate engagement activities.
- Solid Organization Skills, including planning, multitasking, and managing events, meetings, and documentation efficiently.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Prior experience in education, campus relations, corporate liaison, or placement coordination is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and basic MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for communication and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a results-oriented mindset and openness to occasional travel for partner visits and events.
